Historic Lincoln Heights is a Property Business Improvement District (PBID) that manages and maintains the boundaries of Los Angeles' oldest neighborhood; outside of Downtown Los Angeles.

As a part of a City of Los Angeles match funding grant, the Historic Lincoln Heights neighborhood received 10 new litter receptacles to help combat litter in the public rights-of-way.  Keep your eyes peeled for our new green branded receptacles.
